 I have had the privilege of working with Sherri Wheeler for the past few months.  She has been both a tremendous help to me, as well as a delight to deal with in so many ways.  She has gone above and beyond in sparing me the inconvenience of having to travel from NY to TN to tend to the needs of the property I was selling.   She was willing to find people to clean and do repairs at reasonable prices, and over-saw the work until it was completed to my satisfaction.   She has kept in close contact with me every step of the selling process,  keeping me up-dated on prospective buyers, e-mailing me necessary documents, and patiently answering any and all of my questions (repeatedly when needed).   I've never felt any pressure from her to sell or to reject an offer, and yet her professional advise, when solicited, has always proven to be wise and insightful.  She has made herself available and flexible in order to accommodate my busy schedule.   Her openness and genuine personal interest have inspired a confidence and trustworthiness in her character. Her pleasant personality and professionalism have made the business of Real Estate a  positive experience.  She has never been anything but courteous and respectful in all of our dealings.  She has my highest recommendation and I wish her much success in all of her future endeavors.

We listed a foreclosed house on Cavet Station in Knoxville with Sherry this year. Sherry was very professional and helpful in her dealings with the Bank.  She suggested things that needed to be done to the house in order to increase potential buyers and even contacted people for us to do the work in repairing the house.  She handled prospective buyers in a professional manner and sold the house in a satisfactory time. We would use Sherry again in the future if the need arises.
